Two cameras record the same cloud simultaneously from two sides of the border: one from Catalonia and the other from France. The cloud crosses the border without recognising it, changing only according to the laws of thermodynamics.
The piece places a fixed political border against an atmospheric system in constant movement. What is a precise and consequential line for humans does not exist for the cloud.
